Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so if you need to make changes or cancel, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we’re unable to make changes — but you can still return the order once it arrives.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal for your convenience.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. During holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.


How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location, usually takes 5-15days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us — you’re eligible for a full refund or replacement.


Will I be charged customs or import taxes?

Our prices are tax-free in USD, but your local customs office may apply duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not covered by us. Please contact your country’s customs office for more info.


How do I return an item?

What if the item I received is damaged, incorrect, or missing?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us right away with your order number, photos of the item(s), and a brief description of the issue. We’ll take care of it ASAP and make things right.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return or cancellation request. If you haven’t seen the refund yet, we recommend checking with your bank or card issuer.
